Dear Members,
The first ELADIS newsletter has been edited. The objectives are to provide useful information particularly about new references and future courses and meetings. Two ELADIS letters would be published per year, thus literature updates will be presented per semester, the references shown being published either on journal issues or on line. These updates are also classified considering their main subject (Equine versus Farm animal; MRI - CT - Nuclearmedicine versus conventional imaging: radiography - ultrasonography). A section “others” is also added where papers present interesting diagnostic imaging findings. In each issue, it was also decided to present some human references on a transversal topic. In this first newsletter, the subject is the ultrasonographic evaluation of muscular sports-related injuries.This issue represents more a draft than a definitive version, we hope that in the future we will develop these sections and add new ones with your help and constructive comments...
