The Department of Companion Animals at the Atlantic Veterinary College, University of Prince Edward Island (Canada) is presently seeking applications for locums in diagnostic imaging. Qualified individuals must possess a DVM or equivalent degree and Diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Radiology or European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging. Successful applicants will be expected to provide diagnostic imaging service to both the small and large animal hospitals and provide emergency support on an as needed basis.

Locums are available for as few as two weeks. Longer times are also available and would be preferable. Remuneration is negotiable. Airfare, rental car and accommodations are provided. Work authorizations (if needed) and licensure by the PEIVMA is also supplied.

The AVC is the regional veterinary college for Atlantic Canada and is situated on the country’s beautiful east coast.
