BCF Senior Clinical Training Scholarship (Internship/Residency) in Equine Three-Dimensional Imaging

Applications are invited from veterinary graduates for a BCF sponsored Internship/Residency in Diagnostic Imaging, Large-Animal-Biased Track. The role is based in the Equine Hospital at the School with time spent through the residency component in the Hospital for Small Animals.
For the first 15 months you will take the role of Intern in Equine Diagnostic Imaging. Following this pre-registration period, and subject to mutual agreement, you will be enrolled onto our European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, large animal track (ECVDI-LA) residency training programme for 45 months. Prior completion of a one-year internship or equivalent experience in clinical practice is required and experience in diagnostic imaging would be preferred. Applicants must be eligible for membership of the RCVS and have fully registered with the RCVS at the time of appointment. Applicants should also hold appropriate English language qualifications where applicable.
The Scholarship attracts an annual tax-free stipend of £18,956.25 with an additional allowance available for approved travel, examination fees and CPD. Postgraduate fees will be paid by the University of Edinburgh at EU/UK level.
