Radiation Oncologist

We are now looking for an ambitious and energetic radiation oncologist to contribute to our continued success and development. Our clinic contains all the facilities expected of an advanced referral clinic including 1.5T MRI, 16 Slice CT, fluoroscopy, scintigraphy, videoendoscopy, and minimally-invasive surgical equipment. Our radiotherapy suite comprises a Clinac 23EX linear accelerator, strontium 90 ophthalmic applicator and HDR brachytherapy, staffed by a therapeutic radiographer, radiotherapy technician, an oncology intern and a dedicated radiotherapy nurse. We have Eclipse and Aria planning systems.

Our small animal clinic is committed to providing the highest standards of patient care, and has an active programme of clinical research and post-graduate training. The radiation oncology team works collaboratively with other specialist departments including medical oncology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, neurology, dermatology, and is supported by anaesthesia and diagnostic imaging. The pathology and clinical pathology laboratories at the AHT complement the clinical services, providing a full on-site diagnostic service.
