Residency in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging at Langford Vets/University of Bristol

Langford Vets are pleased to invite applications for a small animal track residency position in diagnostic imaging. The successful candidate will join our close-knit department of four European Diplomates, one board eligible radiologist, two other small animal track residents and three radiographers based at the Langford Vets Small Animal Hospital, working within the largest team of specialists and specialists-in-training in the South West of England.

The position is a fixed-term four-year post beginning in February 2023, during which you will study for the European Diploma in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging. Specialist training will be given in all relevant modalities and full support offered to fulfil the credentials requirements of the ECVDI. You will form a vital part of the imaging department’s clinical service and will assist with teaching of vet and vet nursing students of the University of Bristol. Engagement with clinical research is expected and encouraged. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, have at least two years post-graduate experience, and ideally have undertaken both general practice work and a recognised rotating internship.
