Objectives:
- Foster educational opportunities for residents in training
- Create and maintain Syllabus for Small Animal and the new Large Animal components of the examination
Current Status
The committee has met virtually and reviewed the current syllabus. We have found that the syllabus is comprehensive covering both Small and Large Animal. We felt that the syllabus should not be split in two as this would make updating difficult- leaving room for inconsistency or omission. Our draft solution is to create emphasis in each section relating to specific large or small animal knowledge/conditions.
