Resident Enrolment

To enrol on a Residency programme the enrolment form (Form E) must be completed and signed by the Resident and the Supervisors/Director and submitted within 30 days of the date on which the resident started their training programme (“the start date”). Please login or create your account and follow the instructions in your personal area.

When you have completed the enrolment form please upload the form to your profile on the ECVDI website and email a copy of the form to adminecvdi@ecvdi.eu.
