Start date: to be discussed, gross salary per annum (full time position): 54 000 (about 3 500 net per month).

The diagnostic imaging section at ENVA currently employs 2 ECVDI board-certified radiologists, 3 part-time clinicians trained in US, 5 junior clinicians (3 residents and 2 specialised interns) and 2 radiographers. The service currently has 2 small animal DR rooms (one with fluoroscopy), an 80-slice CT scanner and 2 ultrasound suites. Off-site high-field MRI studies are reported on-site, and a high field MRI is to be purchased in 2022. The ENVA has a heavy case load comprising dogs, cats and various exotics.

The small animal teaching hospital is a large and busy first opinion and multi referral hospital with specialists and residents of the ECVIM (internal medicine and cardiology), ECVN, ECVS, ECVD, ECVO, ECVECC, ECAR, ECVP, ECVCP and ECVCN.

The position offered is a part-time or full-time clinician position. The applicant must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate ability to work with others and as sole senior, supervise residents and help with organisation of clinical rounds. Students teaching and research activity are not required but can be arranged if desired. Clinical support and exam preparation will be provided to applicants who recently finished their residency.

A veterinary degree recognised by the EAEVE and completion of a ECVDI or ACVR residency are required. Preference will be given to applicants fluent in French but English-speaking applicants willing to learn French will also be considered.
