Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, Central London

London Vet Specialists are currently looking for a DECVDI or DACVR board certified Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our London based referral clinic commencing January 2022. Located in beautiful Hampstead, North London, with access to boutique shops, restaurants and with the green spaces of Hampstead Heath and Regents Park on our doorstep.  Our specialists are leaders in their fields, among them pioneers in cutting-edge surgical and diagnostic techniques. London Veterinary Specialists (LVS) is the only multidisciplinary referral centre in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an imaging specialist to join our referral team comprising: Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery, Anaesthesia and Analgesia, Oncology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Emergency & Critical Care and Dermatology. LVS boasts a GE Brivo CT machine, digital radiography, and Logiq ER 7 ultrasound machine. 

LVS is a private practice that provides ample opportunity for teaching and clinical research, outside of an academic setting. We provide a boutique client and patient experience with an emphasis on quality and a high commitment to clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist to hone their skills and work with some of the industries most talented surgeons and specialists. We provide unparalleled medical care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients. We support 30 primary care facilities as part of the Linnaeus Group, a vibrant, forward-thinking partnership of highly respected veterinary practices across the UK, comprising some of the best clinicians in the profession. There are opportunities for collaboration amongst the network of 14 referral hospitals, with teleradiology and remote work also possible.

Essential experience required:

  • DECVDI or DACVR board certified Diagnostic Imaging Specialist.
  • Effective communication skills within the team, with referral veterinarians and with clients
