About the Role

As part of our expanding Clinical team, we have an exciting new full-time role reporting to the Chief Veterinary Medical Officer which will involve reporting and supporting radiologist components.

The overall purpose of all of our roles within VetCT is to work together to achieve the aims, objectives and goals of the company as a whole in line with our values. 

As a key member of the Clinical Department, the Director of Equine Teleradiology will work closely with the Head of Equine Onboarding and Training, the Head of Equine Clinical Support, and the Head of Equine Clinical Mentorship and Quality Assurance to ensure the happiness and preparedness of our radiologists and support the highest quality standards of VetCT reports.

You will be responsible for recruiting, leading, maintaining and managing the VetCT equine radiologist team.

The key accountabilities for the role are development of the equine radiology group, ensuring clinical excellence and high quality standards, ensuring consistency in processes and procedures for teleradiology product delivery and seeking opportunities for innovation in teleradiology reporting.

The successful candidate will be either ECVDI or ACVR diplomate in Equine Diagnostic imaging, rational, reflective and diplomatic when managing people and conflict, with a growth mindset, along with being energetic, engaging, enthusiastic, efficient and organised.

This role is home based with a requirement to visit the office in Cambridge, UK on a quarterly basis.
