ADVETIA is a multi-disciplinary veterinary referral hospital located 30’ by car from Paris downtown.

With ongoing growth and success based on an outstanding reputation and a commitment to clinical excellence, ADVETIA is looking to recruit a board-certified small animal veterinary diagnostic imager to join our current team of 3 diagnostic imaging specialists (2 full-time, one part-time), three ECVDI residents (two in 3rd and one in first year), one ultrasonography veterinary clinician.


The veterinary clinical team of ADVETIA includes 15 specialists, 2 board-eligible clinicians, 9 residents and 8 clinical assistants in multiple fields (neurology, orthopedics and soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, anesthesia, cardiology, dermatology, maxillo-facial surgery / dentistry, reproduction, and exotics), as well as 12 clinicians involved in an out-of-hours emergency department. 

The diagnostic imaging department facilities include in-house 1.5T GE Signa Explorer, 16 slice GE ACT Revolution helical CT, digital radiography, digital fluoroscopy, and 2 ultrasound machines (both GE Logiq E10). In addition to the dedicated ultrasound, and CT/MRI control rooms we have a separate purpose-designed radiology reading room in the same area, allowing exchanges between radiologists during the clinical day. All images are stored in a Picture Archiving Communication System and analyzed by using a dedicated medical image viewer (Vue PACS, version 12.1/6; (Carestream/Philips).


The successful applicant will join a growing team of specialists and clinicians and will get support from our large nursing team. We encourage an evidence-based multi-disciplinary approach, supporting a process of continuous learning and a collegiate atmosphere with daily multiple interspecialty exchanges. We have an active residency program with currently 9 residents (including 3 in diagnostic imaging). Our extensive clinical caseload provides on a daily basis a tremendously interesting variety of cases and a collaboration with Zooparc de Beauval allows film reading on wild animals (CT and X-rays mainly). Clinical research is actively encouraged and supported.
Applicants must be highly motivated, proactive and passionate about delivering clinical excellence, with excellent social and clinical skills. Our proposal is ideally a full-time position, however applications are encouraged from both part time and full-time applicants. Spoken and written French is mandatory.
